"Nancy Knows"

By Author & paper artist CybÈle Young

WHY WE LOVE (TO PLAY WITH) THIS BOOK

This month, we selected "Nancy Knows" by author and paper artist Cybèle Young. This “feast for the eyes” story follows an elephant who remembers everything except the one thing she is trying to recall, providing the perfect opportunity to think, play, and learn! Fantastic miniature paper sculptures will capture the imagination and inspire creativity. As they bring this book to life, children will explore mathematical concepts, record and save precious memories, and even become paper artists themselves!

We love the book!
"We loved receiving our first book, “The Night Walk.” It is written by a French author and I'm not sure we would normally pick this one up, which makes me so grateful it was delivered to us. The packaging was cute (with pompoms!) and the activities that arrive with the book were great. Love it!"

MY Kids love it!
"This has been such a wonderful addition to our bookshelf at home. The kids love that there’s more to the book than just the pages; the activity cards are really entertaining, and I love that teachers developed them."
*****
we joined a super cute book club!
"This month’s book was ‘Odd Dog Out’ and the kids created their own “museum of me” with the favorite things that tell about themselves. The QR code to scan and print off the little tickets was so fun. I’m excited for the next book!"

BEST GIFT EVER!
"Purchased the LMNOPLAY book club as a gift for my 3 year old nephew this holiday season...what a hit!!! My nephew can't stop reading the book (sorry sis!) and the interactive activities make the content really come to life. As a former literacy specialist and Pre-K/Kindergarten teacher, I cannot speak more highly of the LMNOPLAY crew and this program. I'll be gifting this all over the place to my friends with kids - the perfect birthday, holiday, new school year, anything gift!"
